At Van Hoeve Dahlias, we take care to ensure your tubers arrive safely and at the right time for planting. Please review the details of our shipping process below:

Shipping Schedule

  • Orders will begin shipping in April, once weather conditions are suitable for safe transport.

  • We ship with Canada Post Flat Rate Shipping to ensure predictable costs and reliable service.

  • We only ship within Canada. At this time, we are unable to fulfill international orders.

Tracking

  • Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your package from the moment it leaves our farm.

  • You will receive your tracking details by email when your order has shipped.

Weather & Timing

  • Shipping is weather-dependent. If conditions are too cold or otherwise unsafe, we may delay shipments to protect your tubers.

Damages & Delays

  • Once your order is shipped, it is out of our control.

  • We are not responsible for damage, delays, or loss caused by postal service handling, transit times, or unforeseen shipping issues.
