Welcome to Van Hoeve Dahlias, part of Van Hoeve Horticulture. By accessing or purchasing from our website vanhoevedahlias.ca, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

  • Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • All photos and descriptions are for reference — plants may vary slightly in color, size, and shape due to natural variation.

2. Order Process

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received and will only be shipped during our designated shipping window.

  • Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.

  • Once an order is placed, we may not be able to modify it.

3. Live Product Disclaimer

  • Our dahlia tubers are living products and require proper care. We cannot guarantee performance once planted, as results depend on environmental factors and grower practices.

  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information about replacements or refunds.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

5. Shipping

  • Shipping dates are seasonal and may be adjusted due to weather or other factors.

  • Once shipped, delays caused by the carrier or customs are beyond our control.
